Video Test Bench with Midnight Rollover BugFix is

After some requests to fix some bugs caused by the use of a loop containing TIMER statements (monitor burn-in test loops lock up at midnight), I've written a new version of the VGA test loop subroutine and recompiled the software, and it's now in beta test. If the beta test is successful, I will add the fix to every timed loop in the software, and release a new version. QuickBasic 4.5 still has a following on the Web, and i was surprised how many people are actually out there still working with it, as well as creating a 32/64 bit version of it for writing software that works with modern hardware. The 32/64 bit version is intended to be 100% backwards compatible with QuickBasic 4.5.
