i found a nice preecthed led matrix, being driven by the above ic, however getting the datasheet gives me some trouble since im not very literate in Chinese, i got as far as identifying most of the pins and other specs, and i also figured out that it is using spi instructions, however i cannot translate that instruction set,, maybe i can luck out, idk if all drivers have similar command sets, or maybe someone can translate?

I am not sure that will take you to the translation. If it doesn't Google that part number and look for an entry that says something like pdf, do you want this page translated. That took me to a translated page, including formatting.
