I bought this DC motor controller (KBIC-120) off eBay because the price was right for new, and the seller was local (I have a couple of them already):

It has an accessory board on top that is a "WPC129 LG-2 Speed Tracker." I was shocked at what that board alone sells for and assume it is some sort of closed loop speed controller. Does anybody have a link to its manual before I sell it to one of the dealers to recoup some of my cost?
