can any one tell me how an LTC 3108 conversion chip works? im a mechanical student ... trying to do an electronic project on power harvesting. im able to produce 20 v ac .... a rectifier ckt is used to convert it into dc. the harvested power has to be used to drive a sensor ( supply voltage 3v and supply current 10 mA).. will the LTC3108 be able to bring down the voltage to a 3 v and current 10 mA.. any circuits or explanations will help.
