Heating element is 5.6 Ohms and too hot to wire directly to the battery. How do I reduce power to 30% and 60% for a high and low setting?

My 12v "Revzilla Heat Troller" handles my 90w bike suit with no problem, but idk what the max power is for it, or the power of your seat.

An easy and high-efficiency way is to switch a power MOSFET in series with the heater driven by a low-frequency PWM signal such as from a 555 oscillator circuit.
