Wind generator charger.

Hi guys another project!!!
I want to develop a small home made windmill to charge my 200 ampere battery at 3 amperes/hr. i wanted to know which motor shall i use. what should be the rpm fed to the motor to work fine? i have windspeed 2-15km/hr. how shall i proceed and what are the other technical details i should consider?

Google "wind power generator". There are dozens of websites and forums that specialize in this topic. Common wisdom seems to be that you have to modify readily available motors and generators/alternators in order to turn them into wind generators...
