Will this board work?

I am wanting to use a computer to control special effects at our Easter play.I am looking at a PC Printer Port Relay Board from Electronics123.com that would give 8 relays to operate solenoids.
I need to operate then tenths of a second of one another.If this will work what program could I use to run the relay board.

Most relays will operate quite easily in less than a tenth of a second. Can't help with the program though.

The board should come with instructions on how to use it.
