Why disadvantage of CMOS is low bandwidth?

Hi,
I read this in a slide lecture about RF power amplifier.
Can anyone tell me why disadvantage of CMOS is low bandwidth?

The higher the power the greater the die size required; hence the greater the gate capacitance, which could lead to 'low bandwidth'.
