Try doing a search on google!.

It's listed as a 256x8 TTL PROM - which presumably means you will have to program the device!. What's it actually for?, if it's for repairing (or duplicating) an existing product you will probably have to get the pre-programmed chip as a spare part from the product manufacturer.
