Which pic starter kit is good?

I want to purchase a pic starter kit with debugger and programmer, looked for pic kit 2 also is it good to start with

They are the same price as the pickit3 so money well spent... There are plenty of add on spaces on the board AND there is a pic16.. a pic24 and even a pic32 on board, selectable by jumpers, Excellent value
