i am designing a motor speed controller using microcontroller 89c51.
the motor ratings are:
three phase
440v ac
2HP
1440rpm
i want tp control the speed using PWM technique.so i am planning to use IGBT's for the same.could u please help me out for which IGBT should i use? and should also be cost effective.
