Where To Get Electronics & Computer Parts in Hong Kong?

Hello and a good day to all. I'll be going to Hong Kong next month. Can anyone help out on where to shop around for an ATI X800 AGP video card and usb/rs232 PIC programmer? It would be great if you can suggest a shop you had a nice dealing with and also which ones to avoid.

I can't suggest a particular shop, but there's heaps of places around Tsim Sha Tsui (TST) and Mong Kok, just off Nathan Road. Don't forget to talk 'em down on price.
