191K is a standard resistor value for 1% tolerance resistors. I do not know your location so I can't point you to a local source. Digikey, Mouser, or Newark should have them.
180k + 11k in series but this probably won't be of any help to you because the resistor has a tolerance of ≤1% so it's better to just buy a precision resistor.
