Don't worry, not all us North Americans are as blatantly racist or xenophobic as the quacking duck.
And we certainly don't share his strange view that all good EEs and such come from North America. Anyone who's spent any time in Silicon Valley (or at places like IBM) knows that a significant part of the brainpower there comes from the Indian subcontinent.
