What will be the output of this Logic !

Hello Friends !

I have attached my simple logic circuit in my attachment !

I Have added a Diode at the output of logic !
So what will be the output ( at +ve terminal of Diode) if Input is high or Low.... !

The anode of the diode will produce a TTL logic high (because a disconnected TTL input floats up to a logic high) but not a TTL logic low (because it can't go low enough).
It will produce a Cmos logic low but not a Cmos logic high (because a disconnected Cmos input floats all over the place).

Why is the diode there?
 
The anode voltage will also depend on what is connected to the anode. Pull-up resistor? Ground? ...
