I have these caps from a 12 year old computer motherbrd. and i can't find out what type they are, or who made (makes) them, I would like to find out so i can either get some more or cross referance them. Any help would be appreciated. also the bottom 4 digits are "9540" if that helps. thanks

22uF @25V, probably electolytic. Made in the 40th week of 1995.

Very likely to be a tantalum capacitor. I think we're looking at package size "C" (6.0 x 3.2 x 2.2mm).

They are made by a lot of companies like AVX, ROHM, KEMET, the list goes on. You can get them from almost any supplier.
