What is this component? It was attached to a CAN bus? Does anyone knows a popular part number for that?

Transient suppressor. AVX makes some.

A popular part number? I don't know what's popular, but I have a reel of VC060309R200DP. Might not be good for CAN because these are 9V.

But i can´t seem to find that part number anywhere?

There are also plenty of other transient suppressors using various technologies. AVX happens to use ceramic.
