I have an APC UPS 350VA BK350E1 and a component Burned and i cant figer its No but i think its for recharging the battery could any one tell me the part No for it Note:attachment pic for the board

What does the silk screen near the damaged component say?

The photo isn't clear enough to tell what that was. Does your camera have a macro mode?

Problem is unless you fix the fault that caused it it's probably going to destroy the replacement part.

Pin 1 Voltage Measure 16 Volt
Pin 2 Connected To Battery -V
Pin 3 Connected To Battery +V
The UBS Works But Only it Didnt charge the battery

It sounds like a voltage regulator, but there's not enough visible circuit detail to be sure.
