Hey Guys,

I have a monitor that is blowing fuses and this coil is testing at .02 ohm. I'm not sure if this is a correct reading or not. on the coil is printed
PREM 9115
2813-011
A quick answer would be a huge help. Thanks

It looks like an inductor, which when measured with a DC Ohmmeter, would show a resistance of less than 1 Ohm.

To actually test it, it would take an Inductance Meter or Inductance Bridge.

It's not likely that the inductor is causing the blown fuses. It's more likely a short in one of the monitor power supply semiconductors. That could be difficult to find.
