What is the name of this suspended piston engine?

I remember seeing this on TV but I can't remember the
name of this engine.

I am egair to find out so I can google it and watch on You Tube

A Wankel engine wouldn't have a con-rod.

That looks like some kind of pivoting piston? - bizarre!.

In the TV show they said that pivoting of the piston makes it's motion
more precise compared to classical piston which in time starts to oscillate
and grind the cylinder.
Pivoting of the piston and it's precise motion prolongs the life of the engine.

This is called a pivotal engine, it is mainly used in the burning of hydrogen gas as they have a better intake/exhaust.
