what is the difference between AT89c52 and AT89s52

what is the difference between these two microcontroller. can i write the same program of AT89c52 in AT89s52 microcontroller?? plzz help me..it's urgent
 
Why is it always URGENT!!!! the c series is old and outdated it uses PEROM... the newer chips, s series have newer style flash memory allowing for in application programming.
