what is the cross part of this BIOS FLASH?

I coudnt find datasheet of this bios flash from google, and even cross parts or so. Somebody know something about this flash ic?

on ic writing H.T. and at down M21309. If somebody help me i will be happy.

It is most likely a private or in house label. Your chances of discoving a cross for this part are not good. Why do you need one?

on the label there was a sticker lable. it was writen on BURN-IN 24HR.
that is it..
