kentken New Member Mar 12, 2004 #1 I am fixing a small device that has a Pic processer and a 5 pin smd next to it with the markings CABV. Two pins hooked to the pic, one to ground, and one to power. What could this be?? Thanks Kent

kentken New Member Mar 21, 2004 #3 It looks to be a SOT-23 Markings on top are CABV pin 1 goes to pin 21 on pic(RB0) pin 2 goes to pin 19 on pic(GND) Pin 3 goes to pin 22 on Pic(RB1) Pin 4 not connected Pin 5 goes to pin 20 on pic(5v) Any Ideas??? Thanks
