SFT323

Germanium PNP
N/A
Category: Germanium Transistor, PNP Transistor, Transistor
MHz: <1 MHz
Amps: 0.5A
Volts: 32V

It's a Germanium transistor which means it's very old, obsolete and is no longer be made: status = discontinued.

What spec's are you having problems with?

It looks fairly standard to me.

i want to make a simple amp from one. so i guess what ever i need to do that :D

You mean a common emitter amplifier?

You really haven't provided enough information but you could help yourself first by using a transistor which is still made.

yes a common emitter amp will do.

thats all the information that i could find. What information am i missing?

You're missing lots of information.

Before you build an amplifier, you need to know the required gain, input/output impedance, bandwidth, power supply voltage etc.
