what can be replace the L14F1...

I'm not an expert in this, but I think this might work:
Digi-Key - 365-1078-ND (Manufacturer - OP644SL)
the operating characteristics are very similar, although it might not be quite as powerful. If you are not sure, I attached the data sheets for you to compare.
