I have been looking at this patent: https://www.google.es/patents/US5332963?hl=es
The invention uses a low impedance amplifier in the voltage divider to reduce the effects of parasitic capacitance and increase bandwidth for AC voltage measurements.
I was wondering if an alternative approach might be possible using a cascode instead of an op-amp to achieve even higher bandwidth. What does anyone think?
