Voice recorder and sound effects creater

Hi their

Just a little project of mine i would like to build a lil toy that has 7 buttons that when pressed produce a different sound effect
Also another button when pressed will record and playback your voice.

Just wondering if their are any ics you can think of that

can store and play at least 7 different sounds?.
And another chip then can record and playback voice?

I doubt 1 chip could be possible to do all of these things.

What's the difference between sounds and voice? The chip doesn't know, you just need something that can play recorded sounds back in a loop. Not sure what IC's to suggest. Some time spent on Google should find you something.
