Sebi Active Member Sep 28, 2005 #5 Or You can choose an ISD "ChipCorder" IC, it available from 16- 60sec version. Also have address pins, so controllable from PIC. The original manufacturer International Storage Devices, today formerly Winbond. ISD1016 the 16sec version.
