Hi, I'm rigging up a voice changer circuit for my electronics project in college. But i'm not able to get any of the ICs which are HT8950A, HT82V733, WIN8072, RTS0072B, PT2361 in India. Please help me out or suggest any alternative to help build a voice changer.
