visio vw26l power issue

I have a Visio vw26l that is less then 3 years old and the power just suddenly started not comming on. The light that lights up the Visio label was on though. Well you had to hold the button forever or constantly press the button a million times before it would come on, now a few days later the light went out last night with a small popping sound and the t.v. no longer seems to have power at all. Any clues what to do?
