It's not as intuative as virtual breadboard at least visually, but if you're trying to expand your understanding of how electronic circuits work try downloading ltspice (AKA SwitchCad III) From linear tech. It's a free Schematic editor and spice simulator that is very full featured. Ostensibly it's for developnig linear tech's line of switch mode chips but the Spice simulator is what everyone really uses it for. It's helped me about 1000 times more than my breadboard has in understanding electronics.
