I got this vero board today. Can somebody tell me how to cut it small?

I use a miniature (e.g., 4") table saw with carbide tipped blade. That also works well to isolate tracks with copper plated PCB. A guillotine type vinyl tile cutter also works well:

I then finish on a hobbyist belt (1") or disk sander.
