variable capacitor with 6 legs and 2 extra legs ( i guess its ground )

i just got a 22pf variable capacitor which has 6 legs and 3 extra legs on either side i just want to know the pin description of this capacitor can anybody help me out

and y is AM and FM capacitors different is it becoz of there frequency;s
