Vacuum pick up / vacuum tweezers

Where I used to work, we had some little vacuum tweezers for picking up 0603 - 1206 passives and small SM ICs. The pump was a modified fish tank pump.

I can't find these to buy anywhere.

Ebay is awash with vacuum pickups that just use finger pressure. I tried one, but unless you use the rubber cups, which are too big for 0603 passives, the seal isn't much good and the vacuum is lost almost instantly.

I've been using the vacuum part of one of these:-

which works OK, but is noisy and the heat cannot be turned off so it isn't perfect.

Any suggestions?
