The UT6264PC-70LL should be a 16K eeprom, and the CY7C128A should be a 16K sram.

I bought them from jameco a while back, but now i looked up the datasheets, the UT6264PC is nowhere to be found, and the datasheet i found for the CYC128A says it is a 2k x 8 SRAM.

I guess it is partly my fault on the SRAM chip, as i guess i can see where the 16k comes from (16k bits... not bytes )

so maybe i made the same mistake on the UT6264PC? Either way, i can't find any data on the EEPROM...
