Hey! Thanks for your reply! I'm actually working with "Proteus 8 professional", so do you think I need to add certain features to it to process the signal?

You would actually be better having it, but single stepping should get you the information you need..
Ie.. if you trace out your output then use LT spice with that information to graph it out..

What is Proteus analyzing... Is it coming from a micro?

Digital signal processing doesn't really tell me anything about your intended purpose. Why don't you try articulating what you think you are after?
