Using multiple power supplies on one led strip.

Hi, have 15m of ws 2182b rgbic, i want to keep in one strip and wondering if i can either use 4x 400w 24v power supplies to power it injected in each end and in 1/4 way. If so how can i do this as i know it will break it if i just put them on.
I have the esp32 and wled to control them which is setup on a buck converter 24v to usb 2amp which powers the esp32.

Can i also have the esp32 on a separate power supply, not sure because of the grounds and the data to the ic chips.

24v for WS2812 chips? No. These are 5v chips so you'll need buck converters for the LED strips too.

Also, connect the ground of all chips, power supply and ESP32 together. Separate the Vcc of the LED strip segments for each power supply so the Vcc of each supply are not directly connected.

If the power rail is contiguous thru all strips only if the power supplies support
load sharing will that work. If isolated then will work. Still there are considerations
for power up synchronous like timing, or delay and reinitialize strip once all power
is up and running. And you have to consult 2812 sensitivity to latchup when its
power rail not in spec while data coming to it from an earlier active strip is in spec
and can possibly cause latchup. Consult datasheet.....

Have you seen the WS2812 datasheet? I doubt any such detail is in their rudimentary datasheet (unless they've made extraordinary improvements since I last reviewed it).

What is the operating voltage of the LED strip? WS2812B strips are typically 5V. You cannot connect them directly to 24V power supply. Here are some references that you can check.
