Using Hall Effect current sensors

Have a few F.W. Bell Current sensors. A BB-300 +/- 300 amp AC or DC
that has a +/ 6 volt full scale output. with no current applied the offset is around + 3 volts. Need to know how to scale this so I can use a 200 mv Digital Panel meter to read DC current. Also have a F.W. Bell CLN-50 rated at
50 A rms. Output 1 mA/A . Would like to know how scale this one also since it has an off set with no current flow. Thanks
