Hi,

I need to interface a Normal logic board (1=5V 0=0V ) with a PMOS logic.
This PMOS logic operate a 1 = +5V / 0 = -12V
Do you think a TI CD40109 will be suitable.. ? i know that it can do a High to low logic shifter but not sure with negative value .
I planned to use with VSS -12V and VCC and VDD +5V

Any idea ?

Many thanks in advance for your reply.

Nick

The CD40109 datasheet says VSS must be the same as your input logic low level (zero volts).
