hello! I am currently working for my project study which includes the sending of messages to users via GSM module that will be controlled by a PIC16f877a. Can someone help me on how to do it?

Read the datasheet for the module, which will explain the commands you need to send to it.

but how will i write the commands into the microcontroller? Is there a way so that i can simulate it first n a PC?

Do it entirely first with a PC (I did), send simple text commands via a serial coms program on the PC.
