Their prices on ocsilloscopes seem as low as e-bay.

Most of the used stuff seems to point to their "eureka spot" site - which seems like it's a place where anyone can sell things.

But they take the middle man cut, and provide some security. Looks like something that I'd use if I were adverse to the risks on ebay.
