need a circuit for , usb or pendrive or mass storage to audio video output circuits.

how to get audio video output from a usb mass drive or pendrives.

need a working circuit.
 
Just buy one, they are incredibly cheap, I'm currently playing with a Xenta media player - under £20 in the UK.

Assuming you were capable of designing and building one, the parts alone would cost you many times that, plus you would need to write the OS and programmes to run it.
 
Just a little further information, here are scans of the Xenta media player I mentioned.
