USB Programer for AT89S4051 & AT89C5115

Probably not the first time this came up, But I am looking for:

A Programmer that will be:
1. USB or Serial (RS232) interface to the PC.
2. Suport the above uC (Don't send me to replace them - that is what I need)
3. Cheap to buy or build.
4. Working software for Windows 7@64Bit

Can anyone direct me?
