USB not recognized for pic18F14K50

Hello
I am trying to make USB connection to PIC18f14k50.
Following are connections :-

Pin 1 (Vdd)------>5V
Pin 2 & 3 -------->External crystal oscillator (20MHz)
Pin 4 (MCLR)------------->Pulled high with 10K
Pin 20 -------------------->GND
Pin 17---------------------> capacitor (0.1UF)

First I try to upload the bootloader through MPLAB IDE through pickit3.
After downloading the bootloader, I connect the USB to pic18f14K50.
Doing this, my windows 10 gives a message "USB not recognized"

Any help in this regard is appreciable.

I answered this on AAC

Read chapter 2.11 of the datasheet... Only three crystals speeds are available for USB.. I would use 12Mhz with the PLL..
