usb based pic icd debugger

Hi,

I want to build/make my own debugger for PIC.

support:

1) please help with some C-code for the debugger(usb based).
2) understanding and implementing the hard ware part
3) where to start and how to start

If you don't have a year or more of experience with PIC programming and hardware behind you. Buy one.
