USART and Timer Module <PIC16F877>

Could anybody tell me about USART and Timer Modules?
I've read part of the data sheet; can data be passed and received from one PIC to the other using a wireless module?
 
yes it can be, but you need to use a kind of data stream that allows you to properly syncronise the transmitter and receiver. One such method is called Manchester encoding/decoding.
 
aside from Manchester encoding/decoding for your data you have to send several bytes for synchronisation and checksum, also device address for multiple receiver
