[Urgent] I2C using VB

could someone take a look at this and tell me where im going wrong with my read functions, i cant get the program to read the micro controller. i suspected its a hardware issue so ive started to work on the PC interface in the mean time. Aslo my acknowlege functions could use a look at as well
