Update 50' Panasonic No Power No Lights

Replaced the two blown creamic fuses with glass of the same type. Now when power is applied the three relay boxes next to the fuses make a click, click, click sound over and over. Now in normal conditions when you plug it in you have nothing until the power switch is pushed. The TV starts this as soon as it's pluged in. Any help out there??? Model TH-50PX80U and it's 1 1/2 years old and six months out of warrentee....

Hmmm, maybe a short circuit in the electronics, or possibly from a surge. I am also wondering what do the relays provide power to? Please post some pictures too!
