unable to post an image

I have tried rebooting, using gif only, jpeg only, changing folders, posting in a different section... The sysyem appears to upload but when it reaches 99% it returns "A server error occurred. Please try again later." I'm using Firefox 125.0.2 (64-bit)
 
How big is the image?

He's saying that the site is in desperate need of updating to an asynchronous Node.JS server.
