Unable to blink an LED on a STM32 blue pill.

Hi guys,

I am able to upload code to my STM32 blue pill using Arduino IDE on a Mac. But, I am not able to blink an led on any pin except for the PC13 pin on the board. When I connect an LED to this PC13, it blinks (but, when the board's LED is on, the external LED is off and vice versa). But if I connect the wire to the LED to the pin other than PC13, the LED doesn't blink. What should I do?
